A: NO! If additional parts or labor operations are required to complete a repair, your authorization will be sought.
Q: Do you perform unneeded repairs and services?
A: NO! If our inspections indicate that no repairs are needed, we will recommend that they not be performed. We DO recommend parts and services that are necessary to ensure the reliability of the vehicle and our warranty expectations.
